-08/13/21 0046 hours: Peninsula Park Ave West Milford Structure Fire. Assisted Co. 15, 3, and 5. Engine 71 responded with 3 personnel
-8/14/21 0812 hours I-79 SB near the 117MM Vehicle Accident with Injuries. Assisted in shutting down the interstate for a short time and packaging 1 BLS patient for transport to UHC. Squad 7 responded with 3 personnel to assist Co. 1 Fire and EMS.
-8/15/21 0059 hours I-79 SB at the 115.5MM Vehicle Accident with Injuries. Assisted AEMS with packaging and loading of 1 ALS patient for transport to Ruby and 1 BLS patient for transport to UHC. Shut down the slow lane of I-79 and assisted with debris clean up. Squad 7 and Unit 75 responded with 5 personnel.

At 1452 hours on Monday November 29th, Engines 71 and 511 (Bridgeport FD) were added to the BOX assignment for a Working Structure Fire at Diane’s Hotspot on E Main Street in Lost Creek to assist Lost Creek, West Milford, Jane Lew, and Johnstown VFDs.

At 1259 hours on Friday November 26th, Engine 71 and Tanker 11 (Spelter VFD) were alerted to assist Wallace, Folsom, and Lumberport VFDs with a Structure Fire on Big Elk Road in Wallace. Engine 71 staffed with 5 personnel responded in 2 minutes.

At 1326 hours on Monday October 25th, Engine 71 and Tanker 7 staffed with 4 personnel responded on the BOX for a Structure Fire on Hawk Highway in Lost Creek authority of Chief 3. On the initial alarm was Lost Creek, Jane Lew, West Milford, and Anmoore VFDs and Anmoore EMS.

At 0956 hours on Wednesday October 13th, Company 13 (Summit Park VFD), Engines 71, 121 (Stonewood VFD), 111 (Spelter VFD), and 81 (Reynoldsville VFD) as well as HCES were alerted for a Structure Fire at Country Acres Mobile Home Park on Honeysuckle Lane in the Arlington Addition of Clarksburg.
