As of today, June 17, 2020, the Nutter Fort Fire Department is announcing the cancellation of our 10th Annual Ultimate Giveaway for the year 2020. This decision, while not an easy one to make, was arrived at by keeping the safety of our members and, you, our supporters, in mind. Due to this unprecedented occurrence, we are offering current ticket holders the following two options:
Option 1
Those supporters who have already purchased tickets and do not wish to seek a refund for this year’s ticket purchase will automatically be given replacement tickets for next year’s Ultimate Giveaway to match the equivalent of this year’s purchase when tickets become available next year. You do not need to contact the Nutter Fort Fire Department for this process to take place, as your information is already on file. As an added bonus, these supporters will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of ten (10) mystery guns that will be given away through a virtual drawing which will take place on September 14, 2020 via Facebook Live on the Nutter Fort Fire Department and Nutter Fort Fire Department Ultimate Giveaway Facebook pages. This is a way to say “thank you” for continuing to support our department.
Option 2
Those supporters that would like to receive a refund for their tickets will need to fill out the “Refund Request Form” via Google Forms that will be available on both the Nutter Fort Fire Department and Nutter Fort Fire Department Ultimate Giveaway Facebook pages as well as our website at http://www.nutterfortfire.com The form will automatically be submitted to the Nutter Fort Fire Department once you hit “submit” after completely filling out the form. Nutter Fort Fire Department personnel will arrange a time and date for those individuals to obtain their refund. Tickets purchased through PayPal will be refunded electronically to the original purchaser. Please note that in order to receive your refund, we will need a VALID photo ID along with the original ticket stubs that were purchased – no exceptions. The deadline to request a refund will be September 1, 2020
